Product Overview

Silver fiber staple fiber is short-cut silver-coated functional staple fiber. It can be blended with cotton, polyester, viscose and other regular fibers for ring spinning, air-jet spinning, or used directly for nonwoven production (needle punching, hot rolling). It integrates conductivity, EMI shielding, silver ion antibacterial and static dissipation. Unlike silver filament yarn, staple fiber is more flexible for blending and nonwoven composite, widely used for making various functional protective textiles.

✅ Broad-spectrum Antibacterial & Deodorization Sustained release of silver ions inhibits bacteria, mold and mite reproduction, eliminates odor caused by microbial metabolism. Antibacterial effect is long-lasting and not easy to fail after washing.

✅ ESD Anti-static / Static Dissipation Forms conductive channels inside fiber blends, quickly guides static charge away, avoids static accumulation and electrostatic discharge. Great for electronic anti-static scenarios.

✅ EMI & RFI Electromagnetic Shielding Intercept electromagnetic waves and radio frequency signals, reduce electromagnetic radiation interference. Suitable for privacy shielding, signal isolation textiles.

✅ Easy Blending & Excellent Processability Staple form can be uniformly mixed with polyester, cotton, modal, viscose. Supports spinning into yarn, or directly made into non-woven fabric. Perfect for your conductive nonwoven fabric project (the shooting target cloth we discussed before).

✅ Soft Hand Feel & Comfortable Better softness compared with silver filament; the blended fabric is skin-friendly, suitable for contact wearable products.
