Refund & Return Policy
 
1. Damaged or wrong items: Please provide photos within 7 days after receiving the parcel. We support partial refund or free resending.

2. Unwanted goods: If you no longer need the product before shipment, we accept full cancellation. After dispatch, return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

3. We do not accept free return for personal size/color selection errors.

4. All refund applications need to be submitted by email with your order number.
