What is your return policy?
We can send you samples to check for free before you order. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase,

May I buy bulk orders or can you make account to my requirements including customer packing?
Sure, Amradield offers container orders often and you will get big discounts for bulk orders. Customized is accepted.
What shipping methods are available?
We choose appropriate shipping methods like FedEx, UPS or DHL. When your order's shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information.
How long will it take to get my package?
For U.S. & Canada, orders will arrive in 7-10 business days via EXPRESS shipping service.
For Europe and other countries, orders will arrive in 7-15 business days via EXPRESS shipping service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We ensure secure payment with Paypal and Credit Card, such as Visa, Mastercard. If you cannot order directly via paypal please tell us and we will send you invoice.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order any time online via our Order Status page. Alternatively, you can track the order directly on the carriers’ website with the tracking number.
When will I be refunded if I return my order?
After our warehouse got your parcel we will refund you at once and normally it takes about 7 days to return to your account.
